 So as i sit here thumbing through kijiji ads I spot a 1972 double wide sitting on 3 acres of land on the side of a "Mountain in middle rural butt f.... well lets just say its off the beat and track.  With a garage and a big old barn. for the low price of $30,000....

   Doesn't sound like a dream home to say the least...but...  because the gound is so wet. I'm thinking it could be a bikers paradise. the barn could be converted into a Mini Woodward North,  share a bottle of moonshine with the neighbors (assuming there is another house for miles) and i could probably build a gazillion miles of single track. The garage and trailer well drinking and parking.

   So either i'm going crazy of i have the perfect bikers reteat! or it could be the hot muggy day and the 12 beer i've drank. ya that more likely...

 God i wish it would stop raining long enough for the trails to dry up!
