What's the best road ride in Atlantic Canada?

Although I've never done it, I suspect the road that goes out to
Cape Chignecto would be a pretty rockin' ride. The Cabot Trail is
awesome as well, but the narrow roads on some of the mountains
scare the hell out of me. So where IS the best road riding?

I love country roads early in the morning.. no traffic to contend
with
I also enjoy the view riding along the ocean in tantallon... park
at the superstore and keep going out by crystal cresent

I think any of the roads here in West Hants offer superb riding.
Hills, scenic views, hills, good pavement, hills and more hills.
