12:00pm is the same as midday (or noon), and is preceded by
11:00am, and is followed, an hour later, by 1:00pm.
It's daylight at this time.
If I am the only one to show up at this time do I win?

You know you're a winner. Yes the race starts at noon for everyone
but you Spin. you can start at midnight...
