The 2010 BlueNose Marathon is coming up on May 23rd and the race organizers have asked the cycling community to help with course management again this year.

Jim Trussler is still looking for more cyclists to help out this Sunday as on-course support for race participants. The bike team members are assigned a sector to "patrol" during the event where you help keep the runners/walkers on course and motivated if they are struggling.

It's lots of fun and a great way to raise the profile of our community in HRM. The only requirements are a bike (and helmet of course) and a generally supportive nature of those who haven't yet discovered a better way to get around (i.e. the bike).
